He leads every sale personally, coordinates the team behind it, and documents each step so the sale can be defended to the court, the beneficiaries or the family.

Sher Cabreros is Matias's executive assistant. She keeps every sale on schedule. She tracks escrow deadlines, confirms appointments, returns calls, and keeps clients, escrow, title and other agents updated at every step. When offers come in, every agent hears back. She makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Outside of work, she's a dedicated mother to her daughter and loves spending time with her husband and family.

Jack Muren

Realtor® Associate

Jack Muren is a Realtor® associate and the team's eyes and ears in the field. He handles showings, opens and secures properties, coordinates vendors, and is on site for inspections. On vacant properties, he runs regular checks and sends detailed photo updates, so families and fiduciaries always know the condition of the home. When a client needs to rent a place, Jack helps them find one. Clients love working with him. He's friendly, always smiling, and a true problem solver, a skill sharpened by his background in psychology. Off the clock, you'll find him on the pickleball court or spending time with friends and family.

Briann Masucci

Interior Designer

Briann Masucci is an interior designer and the lead designer on InheritedLA projects. She guides how each property is presented, from the overall look to the final details, and coordinates the stagers and other specialists a property needs. She has a strong point of view and avoids the generic, all-white look that makes so many listings feel the same. Through her, clients get a high-end design approach within the scope of an inherited property sale. A Southern California native, Briann is Matias's wife and a mother of four. She paints, makes jewelry, and loves gemology and rockhounding.

Nathan Hanlon

Realtor®, Inland Empire

Nathan Hanlon is a Realtor® who works alongside Matias on InheritedLA sales across the Inland Empire, from the High Desert to Temecula. Born and raised in Riverside, he has strong connections throughout the region and brings years of experience, sharp insight and great judgment to every sale. He handles showings, meets vendors on site, and keeps Matias updated on the ground. He's a true go-getter who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. A father of three, Nathan spends his free time dirt biking with his kids and building things.

Ibarra Cereno

Marketing Director

Ibarra Cereno is InheritedLA's marketing director. He oversees everything the team publishes, from videos and photos to The Probate Realtor Show, whose post-production he leads. He also curates Matias's appearances on other shows for redistribution on InheritedLA's channels. He spends much of his time testing new technology, including AI tools for video editing and production, and brings in what works so the team keeps getting faster and better at serving clients. A father and an avid gamer, he spends his time off with his wife and kids.
